I have 4 of these

Factory 16 inch split lock ring for dual wheels.

  the wheels were cleaned using the electrolysis tank.   
 The electrolysis did a great job of stripping the rust off of them. Then self-etch followed by high zinc primer. The color is duplicolor graphite wheel paint.   I have not popped the rings back on there, just kind of hooked them in place.
