Fantastic condition. Needs a good cleaning. It is off a 65-68 but will fit 61-64. The turn signal canceller will not function with the 61-64 turn signal switch. You would need to install the 65-68 switch if you want the turn signals to cancel. There is a small amount of warpage on the bottom side of the center hub. May require some trimming. Other that, one of the nicest wheels I have seen in over 50 years of doing these trucks.
